Summary
Hi, I'm Vigi, a researcher, producer and community strategist who specializes in understanding what makes people actually engage with environmental and community initiatives. With a Master's in Data Analytics and over a decade of experience in event production and community building, I bridge the gap between human psychology and environmental action.

My expertise lies in analyzing behavioral data to design community engagement strategies that work at scale. Through my capstone project, Community Agent, I discovered that "vibe is greater than category"—people engage based on how something feels, not just what it's about. By analyzing over 126,000 RSVPs and conducting extensive user research, I developed frameworks for matching people with opportunities that align with their energy and values.

I bring a unique combination of technical skills in data analytics, machine learning, and user research alongside hands-on experience producing events, managing communities, and understanding what makes initiatives succeed or fail. My work spans from blockchain festivals to marine science education, always focused on creating the behavioral shifts needed for lasting environmental impact.

Currently seeking roles where I can apply behavioral insights and community engagement strategies to drive environmental change, particularly in tech consulting, sustainability initiatives, or community-driven environmental organizations.
